For participants travelling by train, Firenze Rifredi railway station is a convenient option. The station is connected by frequent regional trains to Firenze Santa Maria Novella and is approximately 1,200 metres from the conference venue.

Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci) is connected to the city centre by tram line T2. From the airport, take the T2 tram to Alamanni - Stazione Santa Maria Novella, then change to tram line T1 towards Careggi Ospedale and get off at Morgagni - Università.
The conference venue can also be reached by car. However, parking availability in the area is limited, and participants are therefore encouraged to use public transport whenever possible.
